1. Appearing in person at Pass & ID (S5P) or at Truck Gate (G-33)
2. Via phone call to S5P (734-2605) from a verifiable source (off-base home, only if confirmation can be obtained in Security Forces Management Information System (SFMIS), TAFB work location, Dorm/CE Military Family Housing (MFH) roster or Tinker phone book.
3. Email request to 72SFS.PASSID@TINKER.AF.MILwith all pertinent information. Guests must show proper/valid identification for verification.
4. Internet access to SFMIS Registration Services https://sfmis.csd.disa.mil/SFMIS5/jspdocs/registration/regRequest.jsp
Pre-announce by personal appearance at S5P
S5P personnel enter the information in visitor entry log/noting identity of sponsor is verified, enter in SFMIS, print AF Form 75 Pass. Guests may then go to S5P with proper ID/insurance information for issuance of Pass.
Pre-announce via phone to S5P
Sponsor may call S5P and provide guest identity/arrival information/duration of visit. S5P personnel will verify sponsor identity by calling sponsor back via phone number from military family housing (MFH)/Dorm CE roster, TAFB work number or TAFB phone book When S5P is reasonably assured of sponsor validity to authorize entry, enter the information in visitor entry log/noting identity of sponsor is verified, enter in SFMIS, print AF Form 75 Pass. Guests may then go to S5P with proper ID/insurance information for issuance of Pass.
RV guest will be requested to enter the base via Gate 33
There may be times when S5P personnel cannot validate identity of sponsor using a phone number from a trusted source
Guest may have contact information of sponsor. The number can be used to contact sponsor and ask sponsor respond to verify identity in either 1-4 items above.
At no time will someone be required to drive an RV who is not the original driver.
