MORTUARY AFFAIRS

The Tinker Air Force Base Mortuary Affairs Office manages the base Mortuary Program.  This includes identifying deceased members and notifying  their families, provides technical assistance to other military Commands assigned to Tinker AFB, provides direct assistance to next of kin for deaths occurring overseas and serves as the point of contact for assisting families of deceased prisoner of war and missing in action Air Force members.
