Extended Duty Care

Do you occasionally need more childcare than your current arrangement provides? Do you need weekend or evening care beyond your standard 50-hour childcare week?

Have you had a temporary shift change? Are you active duty, reserve or guard on active duty, or are you a DoD civilian employee?

The Extended Child Care Program provides extended childcare in Family Child Care homes for military or civilian parents experiencing temporary shift changes, rapid mobilization, deployment or mission related duty beyond the standard 50-hour a week childcare arrangement.
